SADD

SADD

The Students Against Drinking & Driving (SADD) goal is to inspire and motivate students to stand up and eliminate the number one cause of death and injury among youth -- drinking & driving! Our goal is to reduce and perhaps eliminate drinking and driving within our school and community. We encourage this by expressing three ideas:

1. FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS DRINK & DRIVE.

2. DO NOT DRIVE WITH ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN DRINKING.

3. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE YOURSELF.

The group meets regularly to plan different activities in order to spread these messages. Our group members range from grade 7 to 12 with the bulk of our members in high school. Our goal is often difficult, but if we can deter one person from drinking and driving then all the effort is worthwhile.
