Our school, being relatively small, has the ability to continue consistent practices from junior high to senior high. Our science faculty periodically meets to ensure the goals of the program flow throughout the grades. Some of our teachers cross over teaching junior high as well as senior high. Although the expectations may increase as students progress the ideals of the program remain similar.

Students have the opportunity to take all three sciences: Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Typically they receive instruction from one or possibly two teachers in each area. This again gives the student familiarity and confidence while progressing through the different levels of science.

Our goals are to develop logical thinking and problem solving skills. Our students will be able to apply this skills as well as the background knowledge to everyday life as well as post secondary education.
